Developing Research Ideas 
8 Seminars over Twelve Months
This course is made up of 8 research seminars, spread over 12 months between October 2022 and September 2023. Each seminar will cover particular aspects of the skills required for scholarly research and writing at postgraduate level and beyond. As well as support and guidance from the seminar leader, there will be a peer mentoring scheme in which participants support each other, with additional group mentoring from scholars who themselves have experience of researching and writing extended assignments.
In these seminars, participants have the opportunity to present their research to their peers and benefit from academic discussion, suggestions and support from each other.
All 2022/23 sessions run from 7pm – 8.30pm and the dates are: 18/10/22, 13/12/22, 11/04/23, 05/06/23, 04/07/22, 31/07/22, 28/08/22, and 14/09/22.
To ensure that each participant is able to get the very best from the course, places are limited.
