Sometimes online purchasing can appear to be complicated so we’ve endeavored to smooth the process by creating this Ticket Office Help page. Each step is broken down so hopefully you’ll be able to make your purchase with the minimum amount of fuss!
PURCHASING A TICKET
The Ticket Office has each available event listed directly on it. If the event you want is not there it could be that it has already happened (our system removes the events as they occur) or it is not yet available. Please contact email@example.com if this occurs.
Each available event has a graphic and sometimes a date next to it if there’s an option for more than one instance of this event. The Graphic says “ADD TO CART”. If you want a ticket simply click “ADD TO CART“. The Shopping Cart should automatically appear and show you what you’ve added to your cart.
If you want more than one ticket, just change the number in the Quantity box and hit your enter key. You’ll see the total price change to reflect the number of tickets you’ve bought.
You don’t have to stop there, if there are other events you’d like to attend and you’d prefer to buy your tickets in one go add them to the cart too. There is no limit to the number of tickets you can buy in one go. As before the price of each event and your total price will automatically change to reflect your choices.
If you’ve made a mistake, don’t worry, either change the quantity of the tickets in your cart by typing in the right amount, or press the little red and white trash can icon to remove the event from your shopping cart. The totals will change automatically as before.
When you’re ready, press the Yellow “Checkout with PayPal” button which will take you to PayPal to pay with your card. Don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account as you can either sign up for one (not required to buy tickets from us) or complete your transaction as a Guest. Please make sure you include your correct email address or you will not receive your confirmation receipt. The PayPal page looks like this:
